FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What preparations should I make before visiting a naturist club?

Generally none at all, apart from those you would normally make to go anywhere. In particular, no physical preparations are required apart from normal bathing and regular habits of cleanliness.

Are children likely to be shocked on their first visit to a naturist club?

No. Children take to nudity like ducks to water. Cases of children being upset by the sight of nude people are extremely rare.

What should I bring?

Comfortable footwear such as sandals or tennis shoes, towels, a blanket to spread out on, a picnic lunch, suntan oil.

Please note:- It is not permitted to bring camera's on site without prior approval from the committee.

Will I have to go around naked all the time?

The simple answer is No. Our club is a place where you may take your clothes off, at certain times women may wish to wear a bikini bottom; when the weather cools off, everyone will cover up to differing degrees.

Do men become visibly embarrassed during their first visit?

This is a regular question. Nudity in naturist clubs is not sexually stimulating; the answer is a decided No.

What will people think when they find I'm a naturist?

They won't unless you decide to tell them. We keep our membership records confidential, and your fellow naturists will respect your wishes.

What will it cost?

Apart from our normal membership fees & caravan/chalet rents, you must also be a member of B.N. This is the national body for naturism, which provides valuable information on other clubs & sites both in this country & abroad. The cost of joining B.N. is relatively inexpensive.
